Event Notes:
1. Parking around Palmer Lodge is staff/royalty first <marked parking> after that first come first serve. All additional parking is at the parking lot east of palmer lodge <the island> no parking on the grass around the lodge.
2. All tables in the lodge will be arranged before event starts in the center of the lodge. These tables are reserved for the day by feast ticket holders. Anyone not enjoying the feast is more than welcome to setup a small daycamp under or on the balconies. All daycamps must be taken down prior to feast.
3. Sledding hill is not part of the event, and use of the sledding hill is at your own risk.
4. Kitchen door of Palmer Lodge is for Feast staff and fire trolls ONLY. All other attendees must use the north doors.
5. Friday night is staff only. any special accomdations can be arranged with the Autocrat on a case by case basis. If you need special accommodations please contact Lord Ari Keilismuli
6. Site Closes promptly at 10:00 am sunday. That means everyone has to be packed and out by 10:00 am.
7. Musicians are welcome to bring thier instruments and play AFTER Feast has finished and been cleaned up. Please no playing During Feast. Music during the day is acceptable as well.
