Cordial Competition

Attention Brewers and Vintners.
 
For the Competition this year please submit along with your bottles a 3x5 card with the following.
Name of brew, cordial, wine etc
length of time to brew until final bottling.
ingredients used. (amounts not needed, just whats in it)
is the wine/mead a table or dessert type.

 
What NOT to include.. 
YOUR NAME!! this will be a blind tasting.. When you pay for troll let the attendee know you are submitting for the competition and they will give you a number.. write the number on all your cards. 

 
There will be a prize for each Category as well as an overall for best submission.

   All entries due by 3:00pm. Limit 3 entrys per person, no more than 2 per category <Beer, Mead/Wine, Cordial>
